Over the last 27 years, Uniparts Group has evolved from being a small Company, and has travelled a long way in the journey towards its vision to become a robust, dynamic, and truly global organization, serving customers in 25 different countries. Uniparts, in this growth trajectory has become a one stop solution for systems and components in the global off highway vehicle market. We have developed our business, and our organization, with purpose, and while we kept all our stakeholder’s interest in sight, we positioned our customers first and were rewarded with having a marque list of customers who put their trust in us. And while it has been a journey well-travelled, it, like most such journeys, is continuing, and we expect to keep walking on this path for many years to come, and continually adapt and evolve to become an Institution.

In the last two years, as the whole world was impacted by an unprecedented disruption caused by the global pandemic, we as a company demonstrated resilience under the most testing conditions in our history, culminating in the safety of our employees first, and a record financial performance. This outstanding outcome has given us greater confidence in the value-creating potential of our integrated global model, our people, our processes, and has positioned us for more accelerated growth for the future. I am proud and inspired by the way our Company has faced this challenge – with flexibility, resilience, and courage and turned this adversity into an opportunity by persistently executing on all fronts. I am, indeed, very grateful for all the work everyone at Uniparts did despite all the adversities.

Also, I believe that there is no shortcut to success without principles and values.
