Mr. Biru Gupta
President – US Operations
Mr. Biru Gupta has over 30 years of experience in running P&L and driving business growth and transformation in a multinational, cross cultural and multilingual environment. Biru has large Project/ Program Management experience in IT & Manufacturing Industry. He has previously worked with Wipro, Blue Star and Hewlett Packard. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi University and a PG certificate in Management from XLRI. At Uniparts, Biru is responsible for the North America business and operations.
Mr. Jyotbir Singh Sethi
President - India Operations
Mr. Jyotbir Singh Sethi has over 21 years of experience across P&L management, strategic business development, financial planning & analysis, operations and ERP Implementations. He has previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Pvt. Ltd. He is a graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and a Chartered Accountant. He also has a Post Graduate Program in Management (Finance & Strategy) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. At Uniparts, Jyotbir is responsible for India business and operations.
Mr. Jaswinder Singh Bhogal
Sr. Vice President - Ludhiana Operations
Mr. Jaswinder Singh Bhogal has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, product development and marketing. He has an MBA from Newport University, USA. He was previously heading an Export House for Automotive Components and Bicycle parts. At Uniparts, Jaswinder is responsible for the manufacturing operations based out of Ludhiana. He is also a part of Promoter Group of the Company.
Mr. Badri Krishnan
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Badri Krishnan has over 30 years of experience in strategy development, planning, budgeting, mergers & acquisition, leveraging Information technology and driving innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka. He also has a Global Business Leadership certificate from U21 Global & Harvard Business School Publishing. He has previously worked with Punj Llyod, WSP Global Inc., Dell Inc., Tech Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro Ltd. and CK Birla Group. At Uniparts, Badri is responsible for ICT operations.
Mr. Abhay Kapoor
Sr. Vice President – Head HR
Mr. Abhay Kapoor has over 30 years of experience in strategic HR, HR operations and IR with expertise in organization building and optimal human resource development. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws. He has previously worked with large global organizations from diverse geographies of Japan, Korea, Europe, US & APAC like Suzuki, Amazon, LG, Escorts, Ranbaxy-Daiichi Sankyo, Neuland, Hindware, VA Tech Hydro and Murugappa group. At Uniparts, Abhay is responsible for HR operations.
