Precision machined parts (PMP) are components requiring stringent material and manufacturing specifications and controls. Complex product geometries are manufactured on various types of CNC equipment followed by heat treatment processes such as induction hardening, nitrocarburizing, grinding and surface finishing operations. These components are used in applications across Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) in engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and other applications.
We developed the expertise in particular for applications in articulating joints like pins and bushes to join booms of construction equipment. PMP products are critical to the performance of construction equipment. These are structural and load bearing parts of the equipment and are subject to strict tolerances, specifications, and process controls. The product varies in design and technical specification between different applications.
